Instructions
Prep the Wings: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat wings dry and toss with olive oil, salt, and 1 tsp black pepper.
Bake the Wings: Arrange wings on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Make the Sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan. Add garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and remaining black pepper. Stir to combine.
Toss and Serve: Toss baked wings in the sauce, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
