Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and barbecue sauce until smooth.
Fold in pulled pork, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and half of the shredded cheese.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
Garnish with green onions and serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
