Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pulled pork
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 green onions chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and barbecue sauce until smooth.
  • Fold in pulled pork, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and half of the shredded cheese.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
