Garnishes: cilantro
sesame seeds, lime wedges
Instructions
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Sauté garlic, ginger, and white parts of green onions for 1-2 minutes.
Add broth, soy sauce, and chili oil. Bring to a simmer.
Add dumplings and cook per package instructions (4-5 minutes).
Add bok choy in the last 2 minutes to wilt.
Ladle into bowls and garnish with green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds. Serve with lime.
Notes
Spice Control
: Start with 1 tbsp chili oil and add more after tasting.

: Use gyoza, wontons, or even tortellini in a pinch.
