buffalo sauce

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds.
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and ½ cup mozzarella.
Stuff the mixture into the bell peppers and top with remaining mozzarella.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 10-15 more minutes.
Garnish with green onions and serve.
