Instructions
Prepare the Corn Husks: Soak the corn husks in warm water for 1 hour until soft.
Make the Masa Dough: In a large bowl, mix masa harina, salt, and lard. Gradually add broth and knead until smooth.
Shape the Corundas: Take 2-3 tablespoons of dough, shape into a triangle, and place on a corn husk. Fold the husk around the dough.
Steam the Corundas: Arrange the Corundas in a steamer and steam for 1-1.5 hours until firm.
Serve: Unwrap and serve warm with salsa, crema, or your favorite toppings.
