Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine cream cheese and beer over medium heat. Stir until smooth.
Gradually add shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and combined.
Stir in garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until heated through.
Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with paprika or chives. Serve warm.
