  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk canned or carton
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Ice optional, if using fresh fruit

Instructions

  • Add spinach, coconut milk, and lime juice to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Add pineapple, banana, and chia seeds. Blend again until creamy.
  • Adjust consistency with water if needed. Serve immediately.
