coconut milk
canned or carton

Instructions
Add spinach, coconut milk, and lime juice to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Add pineapple, banana, and chia seeds. Blend again until creamy.
Adjust consistency with water if needed. Serve immediately.
Notes
For Extra Protein:
Add a scoop of vanilla protein powder or Greek yogurt.
Sweetness:
Add honey or dates if preferred.
