Ingredients

  • 3 slices bread toasted
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • 4 slices shaved ham
  • 4 tomatoes sliced, divided
  • 4 leaves lettuce divided
  • 4 slices crisp bacon divided
  • 2 slices Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 slices shaved deli turkey
  • Toothpicks or skewers for assembly

Instructions

  • Toast three slices of bread until golden brown and crispy.
  • Spread mayonnaise on one side of the first piece of toast.
  • Layer American cheese, ham, two slices of tomato, two leaves of lettuce, and two pieces of bacon on the mayo side.
  • Spread mayonnaise on both sides of the second piece of toast and place on top of the first layer, mayo side down.
  • On the exposed mayo side of the second toast, layer Monterey Jack cheese, remaining tomatoes, lettuce, turkey, and bacon.
  • Spread mayonnaise on one side of the third piece of toast and place on top of the stack, mayo side down.
  • Secure the sandwich with toothpicks or skewers in four corners.
  • Slice the sandwich diagonally into quarters, ensuring each piece has a toothpick to hold it together.
