Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Season wings with salt and pepper. Arrange on the baking sheet.
In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and pineapple juice. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
Brush half of the glaze over the wings. Bake for 25 minutes.
Flip wings, brush with remaining glaze, and bake for another 20-25 minutes.
Garnish with sesame seeds, green onions, and extra pineapple. Serve immediately.
