Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4-6 jalapeños diced (seeds removed for milder heat)
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and half the bacon.
  • Fold in diced jalapeños and mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over the dip.
  • Top with remaining bacon.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
