Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and half the bacon.
Fold in diced jalapeños and mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over the dip.
Top with remaining bacon.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
