For the Roasted Cauliflower:

Instructions
Roast Cauliflower: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss cauliflower with oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 20-25 mins until golden.
Mix Dip Base: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, yogurt, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and 1 cup cheese.
Combine: Fold in roasted cauliflower until coated. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
Bake: Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 mins until bubbly.
Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with green onions and serve warm.
