Juice of 2 limes

Instructions
Prepare the Marinade: Blend Scotch bonnet peppers, garlic, ginger, thyme, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
Marinate the Pork: Coat the pork shoulder with the marinade and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight).
Slow Cook: Place the marinated pork in the slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 5-6 hours.
