Ingredients

  • cups water
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • ¼ cup fresh berries optional
  • ½ ripe banana sliced (optional)

  • 2 tablespoons dried fruit optional
  • Maple syrup to taste optional

Instructions

  • Combine rolled oats and water in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
  • Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer.
