Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cotija cheese crumbled (plus extra for topping)

  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped

Instructions

  • Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine corn, mayo, sour cream, cotija, lime juice, and spices.
