Ingredients

  • 2 lbs 900g chicken wings, split into drumettes and flats
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2-3 tbsp Sriracha adjust to taste
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  • Prep the Wings: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss wings with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
  • Bake the Wings: Arrange wings on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Make the Glaze: In a saucepan, combine honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
  • Toss and Serve: Toss baked wings in the glaze, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, and serve.
