halved and pitted

Instructions
Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Brush the cut sides of the peaches with olive oil.
Grill the peaches cut-side down for 2-3 minutes until softened and grill marks appear.
Arrange arugula on a serving platter. Top with grilled peaches and torn burrata.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
