Ingredients

  • 1 10 inch whole wheat tortilla
  • 4 ounces grilled chicken breast strips
  • 1 leaf romaine lettuce cleaned and chopped
  • Tomatoes sliced
  • 1 ounce red onion sliced
  • 1 ounce black olives sliced
  • 1/2 ounce parmesan cheese shredded
  • 2 ounces pickles
  • 1 ounce reduced-fat Caesar salad dressing

Instructions

  • Cook chicken breast until internal temperature reaches 165°F for 15 seconds.
  • Slice chicken breast into 6-8 strips width-wise.
  • After washing hands, place chopped lettuce in center of tortilla.
  • Add sliced tomatoes, red onion, black olives, and shredded parmesan cheese on top of lettuce.
  • Use squirt bottle to apply Caesar dressing evenly over all ingredients.
  • Roll up tortilla burrito-style, folding in sides first then rolling from bottom to top.
  • Cut wrap in half at a 45° angle and serve with pickle spear.
