Cook chicken breast until internal temperature reaches 165°F for 15 seconds.
Slice chicken breast into 6-8 strips width-wise.
After washing hands, place chopped lettuce in center of tortilla.
Add sliced tomatoes, red onion, black olives, and shredded parmesan cheese on top of lettuce.
Use squirt bottle to apply Caesar dressing evenly over all ingredients.
Roll up tortilla burrito-style, folding in sides first then rolling from bottom to top.
Cut wrap in half at a 45° angle and serve with pickle spear.
