  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

For the Glaze:

  • 1 cup Dr. Pepper
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Serve: Garnish with parsley or green onions if desired, and serve hot.

Notes

  • Make Ahead: Prepare meatballs and glaze separately up to a day in advance.
  • Freezing: Freeze cooked, glazed meatballs in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
  • Substitutions: Use ground turkey or pork instead of beef for a different flavor.
  • Serving Suggestions: Serve as an appetizer, over rice, or in a sandwich.
