Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté for 2-3 minutes until they are translucent.

Add the corn and season with salt, pepper, and cumin if using. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until everything is heated through.
