Instructions
Cut avocados in half, remove pits, and scoop flesh into a bowl.
Mash with a fork to desired consistency.
Add lime juice, garlic, and salt. Mix well.
Stir in onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and tomato (if using).
Taste and adjust salt/lime as needed.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips or cover tightly to store.

Ripe Avocados
: Should yield slightly when pressed—firm avocados won’t mash well.
