Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach or 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese divided
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: ¼ tsp red pepper flakes for a spicy kick

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic until smooth.
