Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, curry powder, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, honey, and salt until smooth.
Taste and adjust salt or spice if needed.
Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with cilantro and paprika.
Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
