Ingredients

  • 20 ounces frozen broccoli cooked and drained
  • 4 cups cooked chicken bite-size pieces
  • 10 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons sherry wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup seasoned stuffing mix

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Layer the cooked and drained broccoli evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  • Spread the chicken pieces evenly over the broccoli layer.
  • In a bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, sherry wine, and curry powder. Mix until smooth.
  • Pour the sauce mixture evenly over the chicken layer.
  • Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese over the sauce.
  • Top with seasoned stuffing mix for added texture.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
