ripe avocado
pitted and peeled

fresh or frozen blueberries

Greek yogurt
or coconut yogurt for vegan

unsweetened almond milk

honey or maple syrup

Ice cubes
optional, for a colder smoothie
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy (30-45 seconds).
If too thick, add a splash more almond milk.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
Notes
For a Vegan Version
: Use coconut yogurt and maple syrup.
Extra Protein
: Add a scoop of vanilla protein powder.
Thicker Smoothie
: Use frozen blueberries and less almond milk.
Storage
: Best fresh, but can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
