  • 1/2 ripe avocado pitted and peeled
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt for vegan
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1 tsp chia seeds optional
  • Ice cubes optional, for a colder smoothie

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy (30-45 seconds).
  • If too thick, add a splash more almond milk.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!

Notes

  • For a Vegan Version: Use coconut yogurt and maple syrup.
  • Extra Protein: Add a scoop of vanilla protein powder.
  • Thicker Smoothie: Use frozen blueberries and less almond milk.
