  • 2 tomatoes sliced

  • 1/2 head iceberg lettuce shredded
  • 4 –6 pepperoncini or banana peppers
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Split hoagie rolls lengthwise and lightly toast if desired.
  • Layer meats and provolone cheese on each roll.
  • Top with tomatoes, onion, lettuce, and peppers.
  • Drizzle olive oil, vinegar, and sprinkle oregano over fillings.
